I needed to bring my dog in the hotel to check in and the front desk wouldn’t give me my key cards because of him. I didn’t even get a chance to tell him that my dog was going to stay with a friend. I already knew the hotel wasn’t pet friendly!
He was very rude!

Front desk staff was amazing, day shift and night. I apologize for forgetting the gentlemen's name that worked nights but he was very helpful in getting a small issue resolved and was super cool. Rich the manager, took care of the concern promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Amber at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and took care of a second reservation for me, super welcoming to have such a great front desk staff. Rooms were very clean and tv was awesome

Everything was okay, but coffee bar had no half & half, milk, creamer during our stay. How do you run a Starbucks coffee bar without creamer?

The hotel was very nice. It was also very clean. It has a pool which that is one of the things we look for when we book a hotel. I ran out of Conditioner in the shower so I called down to the front desk they immediately brought some up. Very helpful and polite. The only thing I didn’t like is most hotels have coffee or breakfast. They have a built-in Starbucks.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for choosing our hotel. For future reference all Marriott Courtyards do not have a free breakfast, but all have Starbucks.

The front desk personnel need training on being friendlier to customers. No Wi-Fi information given either. The entryway and bathroom floor was disgusting….hadn’t been cleaned. Shower floor also dirty. Would not recommend this place anyone. Very disappointing for a Marriott.
