I needed to bring my dog in the hotel to check in and the front desk wouldn’t give me my key cards because of him. I didn’t even get a chance to tell him that my dog was going to stay with a friend. I already knew the hotel wasn’t pet friendly! He was very rude!

When I reserved the room, the description included "bar". When we arrived, there was no bar. The room was ok, the room lock needs work. After the amount I paid, I was expecting better.

When I checked in my room was not clean. Prior guests personal hygiene - gross - left visible in trash and shower. When I called the front desk to please service my room, I was told that if I didn't like it to change hotels! Every hotel in the city was booked, so I had no choice but to stay.

Here for a night, would recommend. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, parking was easy even when we came back to the property pretty late at night. Checking in and out was quick and painless.

I had a VERY difficult time with your phone menu trying to get someone to answer the phone and to ask them for an earlier check-in than 3 p.m. I made try after try and when I finally did reach a human in the hotel, there was nothing they could do for me. When we arrived at 2:45 anxious to be there exactly at check-in, nothing was ready and we were delayed until about 3:15. I felt it was not a good response from the Courtyard. No extra effort whatsoever. You need to check your phone responses/menu and try to be more user-friendly.
