Cozy Downtown Modern Condo in the Heart of it all

Welcome to my fully renovated modern condo in the HEART of Cleveland. Make yourself at home in my cozy condo. Located between the East bank of the flats and the Warehouse district. Walking distance to all attractions in Downtown Cleveland. Nightlife, restaurants, Night Clubs, The convention Center, The Quicken Loans arena, Browns Stadium and Cleveland Indians. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bed for 2, comfy couch. Additionally there is a blow up mattress for a 4th person.

Gym, laundry room all on the 1st floor which the elevator is needed to get to those locations. Must have key buzzer to get into the rooms. Shared Roof top Access on the 7th floor. The buzzer will need to be with you to get out to the shared community roof top access.

Parking – There are multiple places to park. You can park on the street but be aware of the signs that say when you can and cannot park there. They can change the parking throughout the day so please be careful the police will tow your car. There is a parking lot on the north side of the building as well. You can park there and pay per day. Just follow the directions listed in the front of the parking lot. I believe you can pay on your phone. Sometimes there’s a fella that is working the lot and he will help you just tell him you want to pay per day. There is also another lot around the corner down the hill on the coast line down in the East Bank of the flats if that other lot is full. It is downtown parking and sometimes it can book up quickly so you will just have to find the best lot that works for you. None of them are to bad in price. They range from 5- 10 dollars a day could be more depending on events going on in Cleveland.

Interaction with guests:
You shouldn't ever hear from me. I allow you to enjoy your stay as if the condo was yours. All i ask is take care of it like it was your own.

Things to note:

This is a loft condo which has stairs leading up to the bedroom and there are steps entering the building as well.

overall our impression of the property was great. accessing the key from the lock box was a little difficult considering the lock box was stuck...the bathroom exhaust fan makes a little noise... almost enough to disturb ... and the towels smelled slightly moldy.

Great location to walk to several area establishments, even a cute grocery store! Getting the key fob was a tad tedious. Walking up the sidewalk and looking for a lockbox hanging on an iron gate that was hidden by tall weeds could have been a better process. Great communication with Tyler!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Good location, not easy to access
Good for a short stay, two guest. Finding the key is difficult, you have to pay for parking, and getting to the actual unit is a bit difficult with a suitcase. Otherwise, it was fine for our short stay. Location is really good. There’s a lot within walking distance and it’s really close to the Brown stadium.

Affordable condo in heart of it all
Enjoyed my stay at this condo which met all my needs when all the surrounding hotels were either booked or 3x the cost due to downtown events. Clean and as advertised. Is near the highway so some noise to prepare for at night.

Came in for a conference at the convention center. Way less expensive than even the preferred event hotels and easily walkable to the venue. Nice place and neighbors were quiet. Ty was very responsive to my questions as well, which was great.

This is an absolutely beautiful accommodation within walking distance to the Browns/Rock&Roll HOF. Will definitely try to use again. Owners were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Walking distance (6 min) to flats, about 20 min walking to Jacobs pavilion. Directions for check in were VERY detailed and easy to follow. Apartment was clean. Will be staying again.

Not a bad place to stay if you don’t mind not having internet or a tv that works. Oh and depending on your cell carrier your cell data may not work well or even at all in here (which has been happening to me). I have had zero communication with the owner since yesterday evening around 5pm when I reached out with the concerns we had about the tv and internet upon our arrival. The only communication I got from the owner was the original message after I rented this place directing me on how to get into the condo, but that was on April 16th. Since then nothing at all. Also the one tv here, which doesn’t even work, is downstairs and there is no tv where the bed is. Just to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings there as well.
