Great hotel with nice perks and a great location for those landing at the airport. Very clean and amazing service as well.

Our bed had ants in it, the shower wasn't thoroughly cleaned, We had a balcony view just to see disgusting puddles of rust and dirt.

Easy access to 71 is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. My husband enjoyed the coffee in the rooms.

Hotel overall was outdated and old. Bathrooms in room were not great. No soap. Tiny shampoo and conditioner samples. Definitely would not stay here again.

They didn’t clean the rooms each day and didn’t tell me that they were not so had to get towels and soap. Just old felt unclean and TV was terrible with lines through it.

We checked in and placed our bags in the room, from that moment until 1am we were unable ro reaccess our room, they had no other rooms and were not going to be able to get us into our room until morning when a manager would be in. Someone, not sure his position but was wonderful and got us in our room. When i asked in the morning for a manager i was told there was not one in.
The staff was overall not helpful. The desk clerks did not believe that we could not get into our room. However the one person that did assist us says that it happens all the time.
Save your money and stay somewhere cheaper.

check in took alone time. when entering lobby no staff was available to assist. Check in staff only spoke to ask for id and credit card then just placed card on counter. Did not even state our room number or even said hello. when we got into our room TV did not work. called front desk. Clerk was a male this time and was very short. Maintenance did bring a new remote that fixed issue about 1 1/2 later
