We checked in and first thing was there were no batteries in the remote. It took 2 1/2 hours to get them. There was no hair dryer or alarm clock. The next day there was no room service done at all. Very disappointing. I probably will not stay here again.

We were put in a room that the fridge and TV didn’t work. The next day, they said that room was supposed to be out of service. They moved us to a different room which was better but still very old and in need of an update. I don’t think we would stay here again.
