The location was excellent.
Posted Sep. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayThe location made this property! The condo was nice but certainly not as good as the pictures. There was a hole in the “guest bathroom” behind the door, hair on the walls in the main bathroom, finger prints still on the tables we noticed as soon as we walked in. We understand these things happen but it was off putting that there is a lot of wear and tear with paint coming off areas, scuffs on the walls that just made it feel dirty. The biggest concern we had however was trying to check in, we followed the instructions and tried calling the “guest service” to let us in and no one would answer. We spent almost a half hour trying to get ahold of someone, also calling numbers in the emails if we needed help and we got no response. The only way we got up to our condo was someone else staying there let us in. I am someone who genuinely does not pick at things or complain but we paid a fair price to stay there and it was upsetting.

Beautifully renovated. Fantastic kitchen. Huge windows that let sunshine in. Plenty of restaurants.
Posted May 18, 2023 on HomeAwayIt was a great place to hang in the city. Beautifully renovated with a huge kitchen and a great sitting area but it's windows across the whole wall. My favorite spot to sit and have coffee was at the window seat. It is open concept. At first I was concerned that we wouldn't have enough privacy but both couples were very comfortable in the condo. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating space. In a great area. Definitely would stay there again.

What a fantastic place
Posted Apr. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayWe were so surprised how beautiful the place was and we loved the area it was in. Walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Arena. It looked like something taken from an issue of Architectural Digest. When I come back this will be the place I want to stay in.

Girl’s weekend
Posted Feb. 27, 2023 on HomeAwayIt was a great location! The layout is unique with no true doors to the bedrooms but worked pout really well for our group of 4. Parking in the area was expensive but that’s just a downtown Cleveland premium. The stay overall was just what we needed.

Stunning View in a Great City

Walking distance to plenty of great eateries, the view was stunning and the place was well equipped with all amenities you could possibly imagine. I will definitely book this stay again. Thank you for the great stay!

Hi Deamonte, this homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "We were in contact with you regarding the hot water and it was working. However, we can't expect to have hot water right after filling up the entire soaking tub since it is electric and takes a while to heat up. As for the washer in the unit, that is not to be used by guests. If we were made aware it wasn't working we would have advised (as in the rental listing) that guests can use the laundry facilities in the building for a small fee, not the ones in the unit."

Posted Oct. 26, 2020 on HomeAwayThe property was open spaced which was nice but we did have issues. We never got to use the jet tub because we had hot water issues, the bed in the master space was so uncomfortable my husband decided to sleep on the couch, the linens on the bed didn’t appear or smell that clean, and parking was difficult to find unless you use a garage or nearby lot for overnight use. These things made the stay not so pleasant and for it to be my husbands 30th birthday celebration time really put a damper on his experience as a whole.
