We weren't able to spend much time at this location because of all the activities we had planned in the city. Very sad that the pool times were very short and we did not get to use it. Very sad that the breakfast hours were as well very short and we were unable to use that. Our last morning there we missed it by 15 minutes because we didn't realize they have different times for different days of the week. I complained to the front desk and the manager was nice enough to at least get us some fruit and packaged banana bread. Got in the first night very early in the morning 5am, and they started working on electrical right outside our room door didn't get much sleep. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

Absolutely horrible. Room was very dirty. From hair on the floor in bathroom to food splattered on wall. Missing remote which took 4hours to receive a new one after going to the front desk 4 times. Room door would t shut all the way. Extremely difficult to do so. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the first receptionist wasn't friendly or the fact that she gave me a room that was already occupied. So, imagine using your key card, door opens, then walking into the room to find there's someone else's belongings inside. I went back to the desk to approach another receptionist for help being checked in.

This use to be my hotel of choice when in the area. The staff that barely speak English are rude and lied and said a blanket was missing out the room and I was charged for it. I will never stay here again since they want to treat a loyal customer like a trashy thief. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here twice now in the last month or so and I love this place. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. The service is very good and the breakfast is good as well. Not to mention it’s very reasonably priced. I think this will be the place I stay whenever I make my way to cleveland

Our initial impression was not good. We were sent up to a room that had not been cleaned and we arrived at 7:00pm. We were send to another room that was not up to standards as far as clean. I found someone’s earring on the carpet, the bedskirt had a huge stain and the floor behind the bed and bedside tables looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The building itself is not being kept up like it should be. The bar stools were rickety and the food was over priced. I missed breakfast bc it stops at 9:00am when some people are still sleeping. The staff there are great and were super kind and helpful. I do however think I would choose another hotel if I need to stay there in the future.

Comfortable and clean but loud kids
Check in took a little long due to a person reserving not being found. It was a comfortable stay but they should have security due to kids running around the halls at 10:30pm at night.
