The property was only passable as a place to stay the night. The front desk was not staffed at crtical hours nor was assistance available for guests who accidentally got locked out of their rooms. There was a group of children I estimate about from age 8 to age 16 that were hanging out and making noise right outside my door. When I called the front desk they told me that these children "live here" and that is where they play. Not recommended, Ever.

Good value for the money

My stay was only 2 nights but they were quite enjoyable. The room was clean, i.e., no dust or bedbugs, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, freezer, tv, and alarm clock all worked. I didn't use the microwave or stove burners. With the lights out it was really comfortably dark for sleeping with no light-bleed from the window or the hallway. The room temperature was comfortable enough that I never bothered the controls. The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived just after normal front desk hours but someone came right out when I rang to check me in, even holding the door for me as I brought my luggage in. I'd happily stay there again and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly hotel, especially if they're okay being a few miles outside of Cleveland proper.

Worst hotel room ever

The website did not list these deficiencies in our room. The front desk lady told us upon check-in that the rooms will not have: No coffee maker, no blow dryer, no shampoo, no bedside lamps. Despite a full kitchen with an 2-burner electric range (One of the burners was missing-see photo), a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator, there was not one piece of silverware, not one plate, not one glass or cup. What good is a full kitchen without any of these items, and no cooking utensils, no pots and pans? We had to go to the front desk to get bed pillows… and they only gave us two pillows. No ice machine at the property. Whoever heard of a hotel without an ice machine? Or no coffee maker in the room??? We were told if we needed clean towels or bed linens, we had to use the coin operated washer and dryer in the laundry room. The floor was vinyl tile. When walking barefoot from the bathroom to the desk chair, the bottom of my feet were black. My wife and I are in our 60s and have stayed in countless hotel and motel rooms over many years. This was absolutely the worst. And we were charged $225 a night!?!? We are going to contest this with our credit card company.

Definitely didn’t get the queen bed I selected. Seemed more like a twin bed, also no sofa.
