Difficult to bring luggage into the hotel no assist shower was very small pillows small

Upon having such a hard time. Finding my reservation, I cussed the front desk guy out. Nice man. Helpful. I realized shortly after leaving that, my reservation through the app I was using. Was booked for another hotel. I. The area. He did not deserve the tongue lashing

First room was full of unbearable smoke and scents smells. Went to report and asked for room change. Attendant switched me to 2nd room. It was late night and i needed to sleep. In the morning i discovered that tge room was very moldy. Fridge, shower knob, and the most disgusting is that the shower head was covered with mold so much that i couldn't use it for my shower. I got pictures but nowhere to upload here for everyone to see.

The smell... yikes

The room smelled like someone chain smoked for 10 years, left out dirty socks, burned oil, and then burned incense to try and mask the smell. It literally made me sick staying in this room. The bathroom light was SO dim, it was pointless to even have it. nd breakfast was one flavor granola bar and one flavor muffin.

Couple mini vacation

The hotel is wonderful the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is the breakfast is a grab and go and I wish there were more options.
