Stayed here 7 weeks have had no hot water at lest once a week. Elevator smells like something is dead inside.

The facility should not have been opened due to the fact they were severely understaffed and was just coming off 3 days of no power due to a tornadoe. Our room was nasty and the bathroom was unsanitary. The toilets and sink clearly was not cleaned after the last guest left. Not to mention dirty comforters on the bed. Would I stay there again yes because the one staff member on site poor guy did a wonderful job making sure everything that was wrong was corrected. It was not his fault and we did not make him feel like it was. He could not do it all. Unfortunately due to that we did not stay the night and had to cut our trip short because there were no other room available due to the prior storm. My only wish is for Extended Stay to due right by me and offer me another night at my choice and location at their expense.

Llegamos tarde hacer check in y el hotel estaba todo apagado y no había nadie que nos atendiera !
No huéspedes ni nadie del hotel y el teléfono q ponen en la entrada por si llegas tarde no tenia línea !
Tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel porq no tuve ayuda de ningún tipo .
Pido la devolución !

Rundown, dirty, no kitchen supplies. Entire premises appeared to be a low income housing residence. NOTHING else in Cleveland and surrounding areas available or would have left.

Toilet did not work for the whole time we were there. They did not fix it because they dont have any maintenance in weekend. Front office people has no courtesy, just being rude. Please avoid at every cost.
