The location of this hotel is hard to beat for downtown Cleveland. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast is very good!

I did all my arrangements online. Upon my arrival everything was ready and waiting for me. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel in downtown Cleveland was fantastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
