Very friendly staff. Proactive at communicating with me about my shuttle service in the morning from my request last night. Checking to see if my requested time was still correct. I asked for an an adjustment to later in the morning, and they immediately accommodated. Clean rooms, easy wifi, lots of power access for electronics.
