The staff was great and the hotel was super clean! Also it’s next to several good dining places!

The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. My dislikes were the hotel has not been well maintained because the furniture was stained, the tub had stains, the walls were stained, the lamps were stained, the telephone was stained and in the bathroom the towel rack broke.

They initially cancelled my booking saying I didn’t have a card on file after they tried to charge the card on file the day before check in! Then when I got there they were having all type of problems getting the card to go through to the point where my wife basically was about to book elsewhere! I also paid more than what I initially booked the room for.. I personally feel like they cancelled the room to get more money out of people. Other ppl checking in had issues with the amount they were paying as well saying they had a different price than what they were charged.. it was a pretty busy weekend and they knew that so I believe they had a little scheme running so that they could make more money!

The property had molded pillow on the bed next to the window in room 222.
I also requested a late check out to retrieve my food after I got out of church service and the staff depose all of my food for the picnic. Magnolia Smoke sausage, fruit tray, condiments and buns

No phone in the room to call for services but the staff was nice
