Beautiful Cottage
Posted Dec. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayThe cottage is beautiful 1 bedroom guesthouse connected to the owners home. All the amenities and needed technology for those who need to remote work while staying are present.
The only down side is parking due to sharing parking with the owners.
If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay within 5 minutes from Delta State University this is the place to book.

Great Place in Cleveland
Posted Nov. 28, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. This guest house is so awesome that it is hard to find an open date. The family renting it were very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again.

Posted Nov. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was the perfect option for us this year visiting our family for Thanksgiving. We had our own space and could bring our dog. The neighborhood was perfect for getting out early morning runs in as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Posted Sep. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayThe place was perfect for our stay. Very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Great neighborhood, very quiet. We cooked our meals every day and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoy our stay.

Cozy little home away from home
Posted Sep. 4, 2023 on HomeAwayGreat neighborhood, great host, very quiet surroundings. Scott was very accommodating and had everything we would need. Comfy bed and bedding, easy to get in and out of. Central access to everything in town.

Great property!

Loved that I was able to bring and refrigerate all my groceries for myself and a teenage athlete, cook a full dinner for myself and a friend, and relax comfortably between days of a busy swim meet. Will happily book again!
