Un endroit sûr, propre et confortable.

Wonderful hotel with clean, modern, spacious rooms. Courteous staff and quick valet services. Just steps off elevator to the Cleveland Clinic, perfect for early and multi day appointments. I won’t stay anywhere else on my regular visits to the clinic.

The staff from beginning to the time we left the property were warm and eager to please and handle our needs. We also noticed. Kudos to The front desk staff, the housekeeper Khadija, the room service attendant and the staff at the C2 Bar and Lounge. Only wish there was a direct line (button on the in-room telephone) to the front desk - had to press a concierge button and then transferred. This was a mild issue not enough to lower the 5 star rating

Great except the room wasn’t available until 2 hours after check in … it made us late for a concert, but they were polite about it.
