1. Great property, very friendly staff. Kevin at Valet is particular such a warm and affectionate person.
2. It might not be clear from the description, but they do not have parking onsite, but they have 24hrs valet service ($25). The other option is to self park a block away.
3. Since this property is near the hospital area, expect ambulances and siren sounds once a while.

Fantastic convenient location for treatment at Cleveland Clinic. Park and walk or take the daily shuttle.

This property feels dated and would benefit from some upgrades. I can't remember the last time I was in a hotel room without a USB port. The breakfast option was mediocre but at least they had complimentary coffee. The suites were a nice size.

Paid 48$ for 2 breakfast buffets, waitress never talked to us after we were seated. Never got coffee that was ordered and the buffet was mostly empty. Could not find the waitress as we had somewhere to be so we got up to leave since we couldn’t find her and she appeared out of nowhere hollering for our room number rudely. Worst $50 breakfast ever. One of the elevators didn’t work a couple times and the staff didn’t seem to care.
