Room was sleep able, but not “good.” Two light bulbs burned out. Toilet flush was difficult. Room and hotel condition did not inspire confidence.

Neighbor in next room was constantly very loud all night. Front desk spoke to them several times and they just continued a short time later.

Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and disinfectant smell in the hallway was almost overwhelming. Maintenance could be improved as well.

Staff didn't enforce noise laws. AC unit thermostat didn't work properly. Something in the carpet made shoes sticky.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Excellent service at the desk and friendly room service. Quiet and very clean rooms. That hot shower felt fantastic after a day of sightseeing. Can very highly recommend.

Ok room - high cost

The stay was so-so. Not bad, but nothing exceptional either. The cost was a lot higher than the worth of the hotel.
