Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in Cleveland for a family member’s procedure at the Cleveland Clinic this was very conveniently located to the hospital and affordable it worked out wonderful for what we needed would definitely book again. The communication was wonderful. I also love the fact that they are giving a new life to an older home and an older neighborhood seeing the value in the neighborhood. Great Visit.

Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayCommunication with property manager was very good, especially after our rental car was broken into and damaged. She scheduled Ubers for us to go back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic until we resolved the issue with the car. Very helpful and accommodating.

We were surprised and dismayed by the attempted theft of the car. It was our pleasure to provide Victor with transportation until the rental could be swapped for a new one.
We learned at council meeting that auto theft and petty break-ins are at a 16 year high across the U.S. So, our neighborhood and the block club have been put on high alert (with security cameras and all). We hope this incident is isolated/remains isolated. We haven't had to worry about such issues and don't want to start🙄.

Wonderful Hosts! Truly Lovely!
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HomeAwayKen and Kaye were so nice throughout our whole stay, any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and with such kindness. The space was very clean and just what we needed. We loved that it was outside of the city, so it was quieter, but so easy to get to downtown quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely being revitalized and all of the little shops are perfect!

Very clean and good communication from owner
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThere was an issue where the internet went out, to no fault of the owner (it was a Spectrum issue), but the owner and property manager were in constant communication with me about the issue and got a tech out the same day to fix it. I was very happy with the place and their attention to details. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean Top Floor stay with Lovely Porch
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe LOVED our stay here! Cool ac units in both bedrooms and in living room. Comfy beds. I don't even remember turning on the TV because it was so peaceful there, but I assume it works. I thought the neighborhood was fine. Neighbors were nice. The larger area is definitely going through a period of rejuvenation. But the street we were on was just lovely and I love all those big older houses. It looks like the neighborhood is really taking pride in having them look nice. And there was a cafe in walking distance! My favorite part was the best porch ever, which was a second floor balcony and comfy furniture. We would definitely be back!

Great location
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was in a perfect location, just around the corner and walking distance from several great shops and restaurants the larchmere district. The Dwelling was as described. Please note for others considering this location, it was a second floor walk up narrow stairs. We had no problems navigating this, but someone with limited mobility should take heed.

Hi Erika! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and thank you for being a great guest! We do have a first floor unit in the same house for guests who prefer downstairs, have mobility issues, or if you come back this way. The staircases and landings in these older, city multi-dwellings are are typically around 4 ft wide. Only those in the much the larger or single-family homes were constructed wider, back in those days. Similar to the back in the day kitchen and closet concept - lack of storage :-)
