Plenty of room and large kitchen
Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayCommunication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out.
We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house.

So much space!

Eclipse Views

The outdoor furniture was not set up as shown in the pictures but it was early April, and Jazz brought out the gas grill when I asked. His home is convenient to the highway and a great place from which to view the eclipse. There were rules, such as no pets, no shoes in the home, and stripping the beds I haven’t had to do in other rentals but overall it was a great place to stay.

Family reunion

Publié le 7 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace was good and shared living space was great. Only real problem was the house temperature. Upstairs was way too hot even with the windows wide open. Needed owner to control and floors couldn’t be done separately. No games, cards or children’s equipment or toys. Very big Television. Kitchen well equipped.

When I got back into the house I notice some of the heat vents on the second floor had been closed while the third floor were fully open. I reversed that so the issue was addressed.
I have many games in the ottomans and chest cabinets. Sorry but I would have let you know if I knew you were looking for them.

Wedding Trip to Chagrin Falls
Publié le 9 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall it was a good trip and a good stay. The house has plenty or room. We had 8-10 adults. Good for entertaining. The house inside and outside needs TLC. No bedroom on main was a little challenging. Jazz was responsive and helpful.

Great location/lots of room
Publié le 29 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely house with a great location right off the highway. Beautiful front and entrance way and lots of room in the back with multiple decks. Very large kitchen with lots of seating along with a large and comfortable living room. The bedrooms are large with 3 having their own bathroom. My review is limited due to a tornado taking out the power after the first day. The owner was very responsive and in touch. He contacted the power company and kept us updated. This is a great place for a group. Elderly may have some concern on narrow steps to the third floor and stone steps out back.
