Overnight stay.

Came for an overnight stay to attend an event at Cleveland Brown’s stadium. Convenient location and freeway access. Great price for the location. Everything was clean. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Absolutely no complaints.

My flight was canceled and I was stuck in Minneapolis. I called to cancel 30 minutes after I booked and they would not cancel. I ended up staying at a Best Western in Minneapolis instead. I wont stay at Best Western ever again because of this. $200 is a lot of money for a stay I could not make due to being stranded by Delta in Minneapolis.

Quiet nights in Cleveland area.

Pleasant place to stay in Cleveland area. Just what you need for a stay of a few days or longer. Have stayed at other hotels in the area, this is the best deal. And no highway noise or planes but close to the airport.

The property was under some kind of construction. I stayed 3 nights, and no one ever came to room to exchange towels or bedding. No room services at all. I thought that was strange.

I liked that it was clean and affordable. I disliked paying a deposit on my card that was not listed when i rented the room. Deposits should be listed in description so there is no confusion when arriving It was a GREAT PRICE and i would DEFINITELY stay there again if I am in Clevela d

Horrible dont stay !

Horrible i didnt stay 2 hours before we left dogs barking people smoking in the hall way banging on our door and running managers wont answer my call or do anything about this this place is a joke
