C’est très vieux comme hôtel les draps nous laisse croire qu’il sont sale ou tacher doit demander de changer ça ou autre chambre c’est déplaisant

the room was smaller than what i thought it woud be. Cold eggs for breakfast.

Dear Guest,We are really sorry for your inconvenience.There is no possibility we do have bed bugs in your rooms we do specially treatment for it and also there multi proceptions we have in your mattress and first thing your bed frame are also not stainless steel nothing wood so there is no possibility for bed bugs.Thanks,

Horrible stay!

This place was horrible. The smell when you walked in was that of smoking that was trying really hard to be covered up. The bathroom was disgusting, we did not take a shower, barely used the toilet and had bottle water to brush our teeth. The bed was very hard and made a noise like you were rolling over pop cans every time you turned over. The walls/ceilings were so thin that you heard the person upstairs walking everywhere, you heard what they were watching on television, and this went on for very late in the night. We did not get any good sleep, but thank goodness we had to be at the airport at 5am.

Dear Guest,We are really sorry from your inconvenience.On your first complaint your myself offered you different rooms and plus we do explain for noise if you need quite room we can provide upstairs so there is no noise for it but you said you good for everything than you accept after checking inn everything with us.Thanks,
