Rude staff. Room was dirty and smelled horrible. I know that it is a budget hotel but at least keep it clean.

Stayed here, wasn’t the safest area and very dirty environment. My car was broken into while I stayed for a concert. I asked for an extra night then decided to come home. Not guaranteed a refund. I purchased through the hotel the extra night.

Room was not cleaned before our arrival. Hairs on the towels, used towels in the washroom, dead bugs on the floor, yellow stains in the toilet, and a really foul looking spill down one of the cabinets. We avoided the room at all costs on our trip and it made for a very unpleasant stay, unfortunately.
