c'est ok ! tout etait PROPRE lorsque je retournerai à Cleveland je sejourneraiacet établissement sans aucun problème.

Suffisant pour une nuit
Publié le 7 août 2019 sur HotelsDe passage pour une nuit, ce fut agréable de se reposer dans le calme, endroit intéressant pour la tranquillité. Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Personnel à la réception sans façon, plutôt robotisée. Petit déjeuner très basic café, bouteille d’eau, barre tendre et petit bagel en sachet.

Would never stay here again
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was supposed to be at 2:00pm. Pretty sure they overbooked the hotel or something crazy. We showed up at 2:30 to check in and had to wait til almost 5 to get a room key. The room was big the deluxe double I booked but a standard. There were 4 or 5 other guests that showed up after me . No rooms were ready they said they were still cleaning. Once in the room, the fan in the bathroom did not work so when showering the walls would drip with water and condensation. I went down to the front desk to see why out TV was not getting any channels as well and was told that room was having cable problems. Very poor organization, no communication to guests. This was not a good experience.
