Water pressure in shower was HORRIBLE, staff lied about the bar being open from 5-11, it was the Browns opening weekend for God sakes

Long line of people with rooms not ready. It would have been nice to offer some bottles of water, snack, complimentary drink .. something. People were being rude to the staff - i felt bad for the staff. BUT - like i said - maybe offering a tiny bit of compensation would have helped. Our evening didn’t go as planned due to the delay of the room not being ready. Valet took over THIRTY minutes the next morning to get our car. We had a long drive and wanted to get on the road.

Very nice stay, clean and quiet, comfortable beds! Beautiful suite! Fun places close to walk to, very friendly city! Felt definitely safe at all times and had good police presence after the football game! Just disappointed that we did not get at least clean towels for our second night. Used to get full service for all nights of staying regardless. Still pay the same price so service should be the same.

Just ok

Was an older hotel. Needs some upgrades. Like the kitchenette with a full refrigerator. Brought our own toilet paper because they offer 1 ply that feels like cardboard. Location was great. Overall just ok.
