La chambre spacieuse, propre.
Climatisation très bruyante, chambres côté autoroute mal insonorisées,
Petit déjeuner pas santé et choix très limité.

I am so sorry that we were unable to provide you with the perfect stay. We are located conveniently, right by Route 2. However, that can provide some concerns for our light sleepers. In regards to our breakfast offerings; we do offer a large selection of choices for everyone including oatmeal, yogurt, complete with several healthy toppings to choose from, fresh fruit, toasting station, a gluten free option and hot menu items. I am sorry that we did not offer what you were looking for. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to have you as our guest again in the future.

Toutes les chambres donnant directement ou perpendiculairement sur l'autoroute très proche sont trop bruyantes .

Overall, I’d say it’s just an average hotel if not below average. Initially walking in the person at the front counter was definitely not welcoming. She seemed unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there so not a great first impressIon. She was like that every time we saw her. Room smelled very musty when we first walked in it. The more we were in it, the more we realized it smelled like dog pee by the couch. One big reason I booked here was for the hot tub. It ended up being completely drained. When we ask, the not very friendly lady said it was closed for the season. They really need to advertise this on their website. I told her that’s one of the main reasons I chose that hotel. She showed/gave no empathy or apology whatsoever. Breakfast in the mornings was definitely not great which again was another reason I stayed here. Food was very bland and some of it wasn’t cooked completely. Coffee was cold the first morning. On a positive note, shower had good water pressure and the soap in the shower I really liked. Bed was comfortable so those are the couple things that were good. Honestly, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I mentioned all of this to the hotel when checking out and they did nothing to try to make anything better. For that reason, I will never stay there again. Don’t recommend unless you don’t care about paying a high premium price for very little in return. So disappointed because this was a weekend away for my husband and I.

The sofa bed for this property is very uncomfortable. The mattress is so thin that it feels like you just have a sheet over the springs. Overall the couch didn’t look cared for. There were stains on the cushions.

Good news regarding all of our sofas, we are waiting on a shipment of sofas to be delivered. The shipment is scheduled to arrive within the next month. We understand that the sofas needed replaced. This was approved so we moved forward with this. Thanks again for the feedback
