The staffs are really friendly and easygoing.The room was clean but it smells cigarette(cuz I am really sensitive to the smells).Instead 10 dollars pet fee I paid 17 dollars because of tax,no way the tax is 7 dollars of the 10 dollars pet fee,it was after I already paid the room fee online.Overalls,it’s all good,they are friendly,room is clean,surroundings environment is safe,walkable to restaurants and shops.gas station was just there cross the street.

Don’t stay here! The service is terrible! We needed to change our plans and they wouldn’t budge any. The beds sound like drums beating anytime you moved. They were stingy with towels and washcloths. There was an odor in the room. We had someone banging on our door at 6 Am. Sketchy people were hanging around. They wouldn’t give us the key without a $50 cash deposit. They had to inspect the room before we were given our cash deposit back. We wouldn’t stay here again if it was the only place in town. I would have rather slept in the car.

I am sorry about your underwhelming visit. It seems like you ran across a number of problems that ruined the trip. When hotels fall short of fundamental expectations for comfort and service, it's aggravating. When making a reservation, please refer to the rules. It states that a 50 cash deposit is also necessary. We also texted you as soon as your reservation was made, within two minutes. I've watched the video of your room door, and no one has knocked on it, nor have I noticed any people in the parking lot.

No staff 24 hours. Rude desk representative when check in. Asked for a $50 CASH deposit. Other than the rude staff it was nice. Clean and convenient.
