A évité si c'est pour un long séjour.
Publié le 25 août 2019 sur HotelsJe ne le recommande pas,la chambre que j'ai eu, ne correspondais pas,avec les photos du site hotel.com. Elle a besoin d'etre rénové. Pour avoir passé une seule nuit, ca dépanne.

We chose this property because it had two queen beds and not double bed. The room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but smelled of smoke. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was okay. The room had a connecting door that wasn’t insulated for noise so we heard all the noise from the other room. They had a dog and between the loud talking and laughing and the dog at 4 am our sleep was disrupted. The beds were okay. I’d try to find some where else to stay if I’m ever back in Cleveland.

We could not stay, the power was out.

We never had an opportunity to stay at the Skylight Inn. They never let Expedia know there was a massive storm causing a power outage — so Expedia took our booking. When we arrived at the hotel there was a tie on the front doors telling us “Closed — No Power” along with two phone numbers to call. We were not the only people scratching their heads and wondering what to do next.
None of the hotels in that area had power.
I disputed the credit card charge with my credit card company.
Just a very unfortunate experience.
I’m sure the Skylight Inn is an okay place to stay. They just handled the situation poorly.

I arrived to check in only to find the hotel was closed due to power outage. There was a hand printed sign with a phone number but of course I only reached voicemail. I had made the reservation about an hour before, and felt the hotel should have removed their availability from the website.
