Tout le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Ambiance 'friendly' et détendu. On se sent tout suite chez soi. Deuxième séjour et séjour de référence à l'avenir.

Arriving on Friday and on Saturday discovered we were considered "long-term" with one week's reservation so no cleaning over the weekend. Surprise! Aggressive AC unit just next to the bed blasting cold air in our faces. Otherwise excellent breakfast buffet, very quiet setting, friendly staff and excellent service (bathtub issue resolved instantly). A little expensive but full kitchen was handy. Could easily stay there again.

Walked in our room and the floors were dirty. Bathroom toilet had pee all over the rim of the toilet. Hair on the bathroom sink and floors. Couches were filthy. Asked for room service to clean room the next day. Next day came and went and when we returned, the room was never cleaned. Also tv in room didn't work and there was no remote control.

We liked the two bedroom / two bathroom arrangement with the common areas in the middle. I liked that it was easy to find and close enough to conveniences without much traffic noise. What we didn't like was that the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the dishwasher still had soap in the dispenser that was partially wet from a previous cycle, and there wasn't any dish soap to hand wash the dishes.

It is a pet friendly location which means that it's not allergy friendly AT ALL. In fact, if you have allergies, STAY AWAY. They do not vacuum or clean thoroughly whether it's your room or the common areas. Pet hair is EVERYWHERE. Ugh.d
