When we arrive to this property it was boarded up and the driveway was blocked off with cement barriers and chains. The property had been permanently closed. I had paid for this stay 4 months ago and never received communication.

My room was nothing like the pics.. staff were great, but rooms need serious upgrades.. holes in the walls, some lamps didn’t work. No microwave or mini fridge in the room. Super 8 please do better, hotel stays are not cheap and we should at least feel comfortable when we sleep.

I was not happy. I booked a trip for 4 nights and ended up not staying. It was very dirty. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper holder and no toilet paper. Someone offered me drugs outside of the hotel. It was very run down and i didn't feel safe

False advertising

Sorry about your recent stay at the property but if you read down further it does say do to Covid curtain items may not be available.

Pot holes everywhere driving in. Room was not ready & I checked in hours after the check in time. Very unprofessional. Attendant complaining about how much she had to work, no help, & other personal issues. Irrelevant to any patrons waiting at front desk. Website advertised breakfast bar but nothing available.
Kind of shady the whole situation.

Nasty hotel
Publié le 8 mars 2022 sur HotelsStayed last Friday and was out in room 224. After getting unpacked we noticed that the toilet was plugged and would not go down. I went down to the desk and she moved us to room 220. We got in there the mattress look like it had bedbug stains on that a big water spot above the bed and the shower did not work so we could not even take a shower after our stay. try to turn off the TV to go to bed and the remote control would not turn it off. So I had to move the dresser and unplug the TV when I move the dresser the plug was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed. Turned on the heater and when the blower motor came on it rattled so loud it was hard to sleep. I told the girl in the morning at the front desk how horrible my stay was she said she would tell the manager to call me and that was Sunday morning and I still have no call from the manager. I would like my money back for the stay .
