Hello Roxana,Our pet policy was clearly detailed on the website before you made the booking. We gave you a non-pet room because we have designated rooms for pets.We only charged you for one pet at the end even after finding out you had multiple pets.No extra cleaning fees we charged to you as well. Please do not tarnish my hotels reputation with these erroneous claims merely because you were charged for having a pet which is standard in all pet friendly hotels.

Desk clerk “owner” was racist, rude, aggressive and very discriminatory! BEWARE DO NOT BOOK !! Never even checked in!

Loud all night
Publié le 16 janv. 2023 sur HotelsDidn’t get much sleep all weekend. A lot of traffic in and out at late hours, and there was some kind of party across the hall both nights. Kind of sketchy people in parking lot after dark. Otherwise, this would’ve been a good place to stay.
