There was snow the day we stayed at this property. They did NOTHING to help with the snow and ice. The parking lot and sidewalks were treacherous! No salt, no shoveling, no plowing. As someone who has physical mobility issues, this was very scary for me.
Also, there was a man in the lobby when we checked in. He was sitting on the couch with bare feet propped up on the couch. I thought it was gross that they would let him do that but disregarded it. When we left for the evening, he was there with another guy, both with bare feet on the couch. We returned at 1am and he was still there. We came down to the lobby in the night…still there. When we came down for breakfast the next morning, still there! I think he was possibly homeless and they were allowing him to stay in the lobby. It made me feel very unsafe! And it was disgusting that he was putting his regret on the furniture and out for everyone to see!
Definitely will never return to this property and has me rethinking if the name “Hilton” even means a nice hotel anymore.
