Publié le 12 oct. 2018 sur HotelsL'acceuil est très fade, les ascenseurs sentaient le renvoyer ( vomis) il y en avait encore des trace dans les coins. Les chambres n'ont pas été refait depuis des années sa manque vraiment de qualité, L'air climatisé fait un bruit d'enfer, pas aucune prise de courant qui fonctionne adéquatement, aucune prise pour ordinateur sécuritaire.Stricte minimum pour prendre une douche.... Aucun service de transport pour les allentours, Les heures pour le restaurant varie.. C'est vraiment une Hotel qui aurais besoin d'inspection ou d'etre retirer de vos listes.

Pour : Le prix et les chambres confortables
Contre : Une nette rénovation est à envisager.
Emplacement : L'emplacement est correct; près du centre-ville.
De l'extérieur, nous n'avons pas le goût d'y séjourner. Toutefois, le personnel est gentil et les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Près des centres sportif
Publié le 12 sept. 2016 sur ExpediaChambre ok pour 1 nuit lit très confortable bien insonorisé un peu vieux . Y donne des lifts pour les centres sportif pour 3$ par pers. Mais pour le petit-déjeuner inclus c vraiment cheap il y a vraiment rien .

Do Not Stay Here
Publié le 7 déc. 2020 sur HotelsThis hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like it and felt like it. About 7:30pm the neighbor started blasting music. I had to ask it be shut off at 9:00 because we needed to be up at 6. We were there for a medical condition needing the Cleveland Clinic and this place was close and cheap. Lastly when she copied my credit card to cover any expenses, she sent it via email and then made a copy. When I asked her where the email went, she said she didn't email it and only made a copy. I'm an IT guy by profession and I know what I saw. My mistake and I will never do it again. I would suggest you don't either.

Hotel seems run down and sketchy!
Booking will promise fridge + microwave but be warned you may not receive it.
Had to switch rooms!
2nd room had electrical issues!
Me and friends had a few personal items
Lost suspected stolen by staff by staff!
Room had mice and roaches!
Hotel staff lied about the option for later
Check-Out time!
Hotel staff were also very forceful and
rushed us to check out.
The hotel had its few upsides like being along 24/7 BRT Rapid Transit but the cons are many!
Stay at your own risk!
Not even the Hotels.com discounted rates were worth the price!
