✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee



✹ Early Check-in:

If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

✹ Late Check-out:

Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.



✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.



✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.



✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.



Guest Access:

🔑Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the in-suite laundry room. To ensure a smooth check-in, we ask all guests to complete a quick online check-in form prior to arrival. Once confirmed, you’ll receive detailed instructions for entering the main building and the 6th-floor unit via app or access code.



Please note: while there is an elevator in the building, we do not list it as an amenity. This is because we cannot guarantee its availability at all times, as its operation is outside of our control.

Entrance to the building is difficult at first, and easier once you get the fob from the apartment. Entry way of the building is in rough shape, worn dirty carpet, and the elevators appear stained and not clean with particularly bad odors. The apartment itself was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The furnishings are worn but it is serviceable and generally comfortable. Parking is not available but there are lots near by that work. However, once you leave the lot, you can't re-enter without paying another fee

My Husband and I wanted to bring our children to a Browns game, it was their first experience in Cleveland. The location of the 601 Flat was perfect, to walk around and walk to the game on Sunday. 5-star. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and great location. Would definitely stay again. Elevator is shaky (literally), so avoid if you have elevator phobia. Minor issues: manager sends a LOT of messages, all of which are too long and wordy. Parking in back is not overnight, but the lot next door is (on St. Clair). Coffee selection is weak (Donut Blend keurigs, and Maxwell House grounds). WiFi is 2G (slow).

We stayed to visit with family in the area and attend a Browns game. Amazing location to walk to the game and so many restaurants. We felt safe and had an easy time with parking (at the lot right next to the building) and everything was comfortable and clean!
