Nice hotel lobby area but all of the floors are torn up from remodeling. It was very unsightly. I wonder why they didn't do one floor at a time to avoid us having to see the yuckiness on our floors. It was not appealing at all!

Hotel was somehow overbooked so couldn’t get the original room I booked months in advance. The hotel was under renovations so I’m guessing they’ll be fixing a lot of this but the bottom of the tub in our room felt like it was going to break through the surround if you stood in just the right spot, the caulk around the outside of the tub looked like it could have been moldy at one point. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but just felt icky. Staff was very nice and friendly but definitely understaffed, waited almost 45 minutes just to check in.

It is under renovation so this should get better, but our microwave did not work and neither the trash can in the room or the one in the bathroom had a bottom. So one had laid a folded bag on them, but it didn’t really fit and ripped when you tried to out it on.

The staff were so beyond wonderful, I feel bad giving a review that’s around 2-3 stars. However, I felt that this was necessary given the state of the total hotel. While the lobby & room were rather solid, the hallways are completely stripped down giving a quite ghastly feel. I would’ve rated this higher if there was at least a heads up - the price is comparable to other hotels in the area that aren’t going through renovations, which also was odd as I’d expect them to lower the total pricing given the state of the building. While the room was great, there were some issues - the ironing board was extremely stained and in bad condition, some of the white paint chips being stripped from the hallway were inside the room, etc. I believe that if you go to this hotel, you’ll have a good experience in your room & with the staff, and I imagine this will be 5 stars once renovations are complete. However, it felt deceptive that there weren’t any notices (or at least obvious and clear ones) prior to booking.

First of all, all the employees were great! Amazing service- from check in, to restaurant, to friendly and smiley staff around the hotel. I don’t think our room was cleaned. I found meds on the floor, hair inside bedsheets. And bathrooms - our toilet was not cleaned inside and out (I have pics). Hair on the tub. I know this is not a Ritz Carlton but this is not a motel. We were there only for one night and when we came back to the room Saturday night, it was too late to complain so we slept in our clothes. I paid over $200 per night. Do better!

Rooms were dirty. I moved a pillow from the bed and it has food crumbs and lipstick on it. The carpet was dirty. The room smelled musty.

My hotel room was dirty and smelled as soon as I opened the room door. The carpet was dirty. The bed was okay. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the shower curtains.
