There was only AC in the rooms, none in rest of hotel, including hallways. One room never had hot water it was a king size bed sweat even, food was terrible if availible, at times had cereal but no milk or waffle iron but no plates. Was charged for room when checkeout previous day, provided tex exmpt paperwork was still charged taxes, when spoke with staff he said he was edjusted and take off taxes and email me he never did, we have been useing this hotel for about 20 yrs, we will never use it again if at alll pissible.

Thank you so much for the feedback. when you make the reservation online you have to make sure you provide the tax exemption to the company you used ( Expedia ) to reserve the room at the cheaper rate as we don't have any information about your credit card we couldn't have refunded you. made the room tax you paid to Expedia not us please check your bank statement it clearly says that you paid to Expedia, you need to contact Expedia regarding your tax exemption refund. just because you don't know what you are doing doesn't mean you write bad reviews on small businesses and hurt them.

I couldn’t stay there, smelled way too bad !!! Smell like old motor oil .

Used condom and other garbage outside of property. Halls not vacuumed, bugs, and room was dusty. I wouldn’t recommend eating or drinking anything from the dinning area. Air worked well in rooms but common areas and halls were extremely hot. Looks like there were remodeling but in my opinion it’s not being done properly. Hope they get it together because it really is a beautiful property that needs A LOT of TLC.
