Nous avons apprécié cette halte en pleine nature et bien situé non loin de la route des glaciers...le canada, tel qu'on se l'imagine.

Should be called David Thompson RV resort. Leaving out the RV is key. This is not a resort. The actual room instayed in a fairly nice, but no heat
I had it cranked but apparently they had not turned on the boiler yet. It was cold gettting out of shower. I know it was the end of sept but the restaurant had very limited option. Only blaburger or chicken sandwich was available at the restaurant, the drink optios were diet pepsi or 7up. Thst was it. I personally would not stay here again for the 170 bucks i paid.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.As we approach the end of September, some of our services become more limited due to seasonal changes. Regarding the room heating, there is a heater switch inside each room, but it appears there may have been a misunderstanding. We regret that the boiler had not been fully activated during your stay. For future visits, please don't hesitate to notify the front desk if you're experiencing any issues with the temperature, as we are happy to assist.We also understand your disappointment with the dining options. Towards the end of the season, our menu is more limited, and we apologize that this was not communicated more clearly at the time of your visit.

The worst’s total experience we had, no hair dryer, no electrical heat tea pot, and the worst thing is their wifi signals are so bad! Because that area doesn’t have the mobile signal, so the wifi is very important, but the room we have there is no wifi signal as well, we asked the service to change the room, she refused

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations.David Thompson RV Resort is located in a remote area, and unfortunately, there is no cell phone coverage or access to city power. We rely on satellite-based Wi-Fi to provide basic connectivity, primarily for emergency use. We understand how important internet access is, especially with the lack of mobile signal, but due to the nature of the location, the signal strength can be inconsistent, particularly in certain areas of the resort.Regarding the lack of a hair dryer and electric kettle, we do offer these amenities upon request at the front desk, and we’re sorry if this was not made clear during your stay. As for your request to change rooms, we regret that we were unable to accommodate you at the time.We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving communication with our guests about the available amenities and services. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
