Our room had roaches. A few on the wall and one on the bed. The foggers were still in the room. We book through Travelocity so we had to call them for a refund but they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel so they could not give a refund even after the hotel told they would cancel our reservation.

Room was soo dirty. BOTH tvs were broken- screens were whited out. WiFi wouldn’t connect on any device. Couch was so covered in stains that we wouldn’t sit on it. “Breakfast” was non-existent. No muffins, pastries,, bagels, fruit, yogurts, eggs, etc. Literally it was a waffle iron and some Nutrigrain bars. Apple juice was out. Absolute worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Will never stay in a Baymont again.
Only good I can say is that the bed was comfortable.

There were teenagers running up and down the halls screaming until midnight both nights. It was a smoke free hotel but people smoking on the elevator and in the room next to ours (I’m allergic to smoke). They ran out of towels and had no available blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. Staff was nice but seemed powerless.

Lobby felt dark and unwelcoming. Visible damage from elevator to pool to the room itself. Shower rod was hanging on for dear life. Bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was a joke. We were down by 7:00 am (opened at 6:30). There were a few pieces of bread, a few cereal bars and a pitcher of milk. Pitiful excuse for continental breakfast when you paid nearly $200/night.

Nice stay, friendly staff, and management. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was clean and there were several places to eat in the area to include a Walmart across the street. There was a tiny indoor pool but the workout room was not available. The breakfast was very small and could use more items. There was basically the waffle, cereal, and some granola type bars - that was it. I would have liked to have seen some fruit, yogurt, and possibly some bagels/cream cheese. This would of been some healthier options. The front desk made all the difference for us though. My husband was working and we did not know what day that we would be leaving and she made it where we could use the same room each day without moving until we found out each day. It means a lot when the hotel and the staff are there for you. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

Average hotel clean and in a safe area with a friendly staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate you and put your mind at ease. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Needs some TLC…wasn’t awful but could be much better….dirt in the corners of the bathroom,but the rest of the room was clean…..couldnt figure out how to set the temp of the room….seemed to be pre-set,I was cold.and lastly there was no hair dryer in my room,discovered that after my shower…
