The suite was very comfortable, clean, and cozy! Well worth what we paid for our stay!

Great cozy stay
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was great. The place was cozy, clean, and very well supplied. The backyard was a great place to hang out. The town was nice to walk around and it was just over an hour to Old Forge for an easy day trip. Dianne is a great host and communicated well, we had a great time and would recommend it very highly!

Beautiful and Cimfortable
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a cozy and beautifully decorated suite. Snacks and drinks are a great bonus. Everything there you could need. The gardens were lovely as well. Thought the bed looked luxurious when I walked in and it felt that way when I crawled in later. Slept so good!! Only thing might help is perhaps a pic of outside of house to be able to I’d first time in. Lots of traffic and number was not easy to find. Had to drive up and down several times. But otherwise all was great!!

Thank you Diane!! I'm so happy to hear you slept well! Yes, this year I planted what I thought were dwarf cleome and they were regular! They have grown to 4 plus feet and engulfed my sign!! I'll have to give my next guest a heads up!! 😆

Perfect Studio
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is a large room in the back of the house with its own entrance. It's very spacious and comfortable and Dianne was very accomodating and responsive. I also recommend Nola's Restaurant just down the street.

Just perfect.

Like yogurt and water in the fridge. Not to mention oatmeal and other goodies. I would highly recommend. Clinton is a wonderful walking town, and Dianne’s place is just a few steps from downtown. We look forward to staying here again soon.

A relaxed get away
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was as described and we appreciated the cleanliness, snacks and towels. The bed was very comfortable with my kind of pillows.
We hoped that we didn’t wake the hosts coming in after midnight. We had one of the few snow storms of the season and we ended up in a ditch about 1.5 miles from our rented suite due to white out conditions. We were unharmed and car is in good shape. The policeman who waited with us and the 2 tow trucks who responded were great people.
We would definitely stay here again…when the sun is out and flowers are in bloom.

Love Evergreen and host Diane

She provides snacks, water, and starter groceries . The bathrooms are always stocked with all you need. I have stayed here many times and will be coming back in the fall,

Cozy room for 2.
