Hôtel très bruyant réveillée a 4h du matin par alarme à incendie arrêté après 30 minutes!!!!
Wifi qui fonctionne très mal avec interruption toutes les deux minutes, télé avec réception médiocre !!!!

Throughly cleaning is needed in the rooms. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned.

Arrived 1pm no rooms were ready for check in and would not be ready until 3pm, which i accepted with no problem. Asked if they would direct me to the rest room i was told they were closed due to the pandemic. I explained that i really needed to go and was i going to do she replied with a shrug of the shoulder "i dont know that's up to you" she then said that i should know that there is a pandemic and that "we're really not open". I feel that after hours of traveling , pouring rain and the fact that i had a reservation some accommodation should have been made. Also her attitude was not one appropriate for one in hospitality or customer service.

Ok, don’t think a good 100.00 security deposit is necessary and credited back to ur account in three days. It should be credited by to my account upon departure.

The whole place smells like weed and to top it off the room next to me was smoking it late at night and again in the morning; the balcony door did not have a great seal and as a result we got to smell it even more than in the hallways. I guess I should have expected it as this the FIRST AND ONLY hotel I’ve stayed in that had me sign that I wouldn’t have parties, smoke weed, do drugs, and/or other things. It’s really too bad because it could be a nice place.

The hotel is dated, the lobby elevators, room doors are all old and worn! The carpet in the room was full of stains, the tub had a drip with a mold stain around drain! The only thing nice about this hotel was the staff who always went above and beyond and was super nice!
