The door lock was broken, and the room smelled musty. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and there were no fans in the bathroom.

The room key never worked. We had to be let in by someone at the front desk every time we wanted to go in our room. The manager/owner was very rude and had no respect for his guest or employees.

A clean carpet goes a long way towards comfort

The Room was tidy and neat and hotel staff, were helpful & friendly. However, the decor was a bit out-dated and clearly cosmetic touches were added to disguise a much needed make over. The carpet was unbearable. The smell of age old rug fibers cut off your breathing, without the AC being on an extremely low temperature. Carpet needs a deep cleaning, w/steam-shampoo or a replacement.
