Beautiful house
Publié le 6 avr. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe loved this property. It was perfect for what we needed and the fact that we could bring our dogs made it an amazing trip. The location is about 30-40 minutes from the nearest large grocery store, so plan accordingly! Beautiful area and great accommodations!

New Years Getaway
Publié le 16 janv. 2020 sur HomeAwayStayed for 4 nights over new years. The place was very clean and kept in nice shape. Very homey feel. We did a day trip to New Orleans and also took a drive down to the Gulf to Grand Isle. Both great trips. Also went to Tickfaw State Park for some hiking.All around very nice. Also went to Baton Rouge and had some great seafood at a restaurant called Parrains.

we loved this house!

Comfortable Clinton home!

I would highly recommend this home!

Excellent vacation home
Publié le 1 avr. 2019 sur HomeAwayIt was a fantastic weekend. The house is exactly as described. Rooms are spacious and with all the comfort from home. Great backyard and beautiful covered patio to relax in the evenings. If you are getting there after dark, be careful with roads as it is very secluded and private as promised. We were 4 adults and were easily accommodated in the house without being crowded.
Melanie is a great host and just around the corner but we really didn’t need to bother her as the house has all type of amenities. Will definitely recommend for a technology free gateaway.

Publié le 11 déc. 2018 sur HomeAwayWhat a nice representation of rural Louisiana! I grew up less than 20 miles from this house, and the drive in brought back so many memories. From the rural atmosphere to the decor inside and out, I felt like it was my home. Plenty of everything from towels to kitchen necessities. Super clean all around. There was plenty of room for our group even when having company come to us for LSU football night in the sunroom. We will rent this home again.

Very Relaxing
Publié le 17 juill. 2018 sur HomeAwayOur Stay was very relaxing, the house was very comfortable and had enough of everything to accommodate our stay, the Owner was very nice and prompt in taking care of all our concerns and Made sure we were Comfortable, we enjoyed the fish pond as well... I was more than happy with our stay, cellphone service is the only thing that wasn't great but we did have a little service.

Publié le 14 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayWe had a party of 6. There was more than enough room for everyone. There is little cell service and NO Internet, BUT, we were fine with that. Created quality time with each other that is lacking with technology these days. Small pond in the pasture made for a great day passing the time away. The owner lives just down the road so any issues were dealt with promptly. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and amenities, or, if you don't want to cook there are many options within a 15 minute drive. The house is very warm and inviting and we will book again later this year
