Perfection in the mountains
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayLast minute family vacay to see our son at Holloman AFB. Booking was a breeze. The place was absolutely perfect. It is nestled right in the mountains with plenty of wildlife sitings while sitting on the back porch. The place is adorable and updated. The cleanliness was impeccable and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals rather than going out to eat and there is plenty to do about a mile or 2 down the road if you want to get out and about. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if ever returning to the area.

Beautiful mountains

The townhouse was good but the LR furniture was uncomfortable and couch smelled of dog. Chairs and couch could use a good cleaning. A bar of soap would help to take a shower. Amenities were very limited. Master bed was comfortable but pillows were terribly hard. Better bring your own. Very quiet but close to town. Altitude got me so we unfortunately didn’t hike.

Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was ok except for the smart tvs we are not up to that, we are cable people and there were not instuctions, someone did come over but my son went home early to watch Nascar and of course all times are ET. The bathroom door downstairs would not close, other than that it was OK>

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- When you reached out to make us aware of your concerns with the TV, we promptly responded and came to the home to further assist and accommodate your request to watch NASCAR. The TVs are smart TVs where guests can stream shows of their choosing using their own login information, we're truly sorry if this was an inconvenience to you. However, we did our best and were able to get the Nascar on the main TV for your entertainment.
- We further looked into your concerns with the bathroom doors, and after checking on both, we were unable to find any issues.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
