Beautiful location - great outdoor space!

We absolutely loved the outdoor space. Pool was great, did not feel that he needed additional heating that other guests complained of. I believe we hit it at the right time of year. Great shaded area for guests to sit and hang out. House had all the accommodations/amenities for hosting small gathering. Very comfortable stay and glad to have the AC during summer as it gets quite hot in Cloverdale. Beds were very comfortable. Main floor had a bit of wet dog smell, but overall very clean. Since they are pet friendly, kind of expected. Driveway leading up to house is single lane road, which splits off to another home. Wouldn't want to have to backup due to car coming, because there is no room to pull over. Reached out to Customer Service over one question, and they were quick to respond. Overall great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

MOST AMAZING TRIP EVER

THE photos are 100% accurate! Most BEAUTIFUL home and pool ever! SO clean, SO perfect, i felt like i was staying in a mansion w/ a gorgeous pool and hot tub !!! I can not say ENOUGH about the level of guest service - i had questions about how to operate things -- i texted the # i was given and they answered every Q and also texted to f/u later! They CARE SO MUCH about your satisfaction!! I must have been 1 of 100 clients they were dealing w/ but my family felt like we were the ONLY one bc of how much they cared - my quetsions NEVER annoyed them, they were happy to help me understand how to enjoy everything in the home ! Pool, hot tub, most comfortable GIANT couch to lounge around on at the end of our day, gigantic wide screen TV with all kinds of apps to watch movies and youtube videos, giant dining room table for dinner, and board games, mattresses and pillows were PERFECT. 3 floors!! EVERY room looked like "the master bedroom" .. and the master bathroom was ridiculous, you could fit 5 people in there! everything was so clean, i didn't want to leave and i will be back. it was 25 min from "Kordi Creek" (a GREAT safe and secluded lake to swim in all day - so hot, the next 3 days we stayed at the pool and LOVED it - toys for the pools even !) GREAT restaurants 12 min away: Papa Johns Pizza, Hamburger ranch, but this house's KITCHEN WAS HUGE i LOVED cooking in it !!! it had everything i needed (and MORE)

Great wine country views and backyard/pool!

This place is awesome, we spent most of the time at the pool or on the top deck overlooking the valley. Short trip into town for supplies if needed. Very secluded, lots of privacy. The mattresses were super nice, Tempurpedic too. Kitchen was locked with everyhing needed to cook. Lots of mosquitoes in June, but would definitely go back again!

Lovely stay but mislead about jacuzzi!

The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows.

Wonderful location and home, but we had no running water for over half of the weekend and it wasn’t addressed by anyone.

Nice property - poor communication

I am writing to you to express my disappointment with the rental property that my friends and I recently rented from Vacasa. We had high expectations for our stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our time there that made our experience far less than satisfactory. The primary issue we faced was that the WiFi never worked, thereof also making the hot tub defunct. Despite our best efforts to get them working we were unable to do so. We spent much time and effort calling for assistance with these issues, were told that the “local team” was on the way…and that never happened. This had a significant impact on our enjoyment of the property. The WiFi was essential for us to stay connected to work and family, as well as to enjoy any video entertainment — none of which we could do. Further, the hot tub was a major reason why we chose the property in the first place. We understand that technical issues can happen, but we the lack of response and false information from your company in addressing the issues was unacceptable. We reported the issues immediately, but no action was taken to rectify them, and we were left to deal with the problems ourselves and a house that didn’t have the the amenities As a result, we are requesting a full refund for the rental property. We believe that we did not receive the full value of our money due to the defective amenities, and we feel that it is only fair that we are compensated accordingly. Please let us know how we can proceed with this matter. We would appreciate a prompt response so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
