The host at the front desk was super friendly. This location isn't surrounded by much but the pool was great and my kids loved all the stray cats and kittens running around. They still talk about it. Breakfast was great also.

We had 10 spiders I killed in our room and our kids and my wife were uncomfortable the whole stay. I called the front desk and they said they could spray our room while in their with chemicals or we could check out at 8pm with a young family. We opted to stay since our location was isolated and had a terrible night sleep but woke up and left right away. Terrible smell as well. Overall worst hotel of all time.

It was a nice place to stay on our way up to San Francisco. I had 2 sons with me and I felt safe and they got to swim and everything was clean

We just needed a place to spend the night to break up a long road trip from Southern California to Sacramento area. Found this Best Western that's near Harris Ranch and hoped it would be decent but were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The room was updated and modern, and there was a pretty good breakfast offered. The surrounding area isn't so pretty but for our needs, it exceeded our expectations.

We checked in around 9pm. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Upon getting to the room there was a pungent odor of urine. A we entered the room it was very musky and unpleasant. I sprayed the room with air freshener. The ac unit rattled all night. As we stepped out in the morning we were horrified to see dead pigeons, pigeon eggs on the roof line as well as all over the ground. There were also a large amounts of pigeon feces as well. As we left there were more dead pigeons along the roof line. The front desk is aware of the issue but it remains there. We would not recommend staying at this facility until the problem is resolved.

It is a very convenient location when you are drving I- 5. The breakfast we had was great. It was a nice oasis in a truck stop like area.
