Just very old fashioned and it looks more like a 70s office block than a nice inviting hotel

Helpful and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Conveniently placed for the Victoria Bikers Pub just across the way. Would recommend to anyone visiting Coalville in the future.

The mattresses were very soft with no support for someone with back problems. The manager did try to find a room with better mattresses but we decided to just check out early. The breakfast was really good and lots of choices.

It is just a hotel. For that piece of average hotel the price is expensive £85.00. the breakfast was £9 not that great for that money.

I've stayed at the Hermitage several times over the last six or seven years and have always been comfortable and well looked after.
