Disappointed in the jungle
Publié le 2 sept. 2023 sur HotelsA completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. Long dark walkways without any illumination in the property to get to your cabin. At night lots of traffic noise and parties in the neighborhood. Not recommendable

Maybe this review is on another property?Otherwise we are really sorry that you had that conception about us, which is really odd considering your village and the other one you booked got cleaned and prepared the same day you came, not sure what you mean with a place not safe considering that nothing happened and when you leave the property you said “really nice, quite and safe place”, we have a water plump system in place so anytime the water pressure goes down the plump started and give even more pressure than the one from service company, looking into the CCTV we confirmed that all lights and systems were up and functioning normally even the exterior lights from your villages were on, but definitely we will take this information seriously and will try to always give the best experience to all our guests. Thanks.

Very clean, well equipped, thoughtful touches such as outdoor towels drying racks, private porch...nothing missed. Host Alain was amazing. Friendly, helpful, multilingual and even a personal follow-up call to thank us for staying there. 100 percent recommended. Great location to explore the entire beautiful area.
