Great stay in the heart of town with AC!!
Publié le 6 déc. 2023 sur HotelsWe LOVED our stay here. There was AC in the common area and bedrooms that cooled the whole place off nicely. We had no issues with bugs or anything like that. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops. The property felt safe and secure for our 5 and 6 year olds. We would definitely stay here again.

If you a light sleeper done stay there.
You can hear the cars and tracks from each room, it woke me up in the middle of the night and it’s the first thing you hear in the morning.
The place is old and the showerhave a low water stream.
The host is amazing, super nice.
The place have good vibes and close to the beach.

unfortunately these guests were extremely delicate and upset with everything. We are centrally located so yes you hear cars when they pass sometimes... If you prefer silence, then it is recommended to go to the mountains and not stay in town, Im the first to say this. Ironically, I also had to ask them on a few occasions to turn down their music because they were disturbing other guests... which they didnt like, hence the poor review.

Villas Solar is a well-kept and well-designed oasis in Santa Teresa. We appreciated the little decorative touches that made the villa feel special. We had plenty of space for our family of four. Greg was communicative and friendly before and during our stay. The villas are an easy walk from the beach. We would gladly stay again!
