It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. As the ventilation was poor we had to keep the door partially opened and mosquitoes would come in. The location was great. The restaurant was great but limited in choice. I would only suggest this facility for a short stay 1-2 nights max.

Everything was great. The stay was calm and we felt like home. My daughter got sick and they were very helpful. The place is very friendly, clean and near everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff and food are both incredible. You literally never need to leave the property. Beautiful!

Estimado Franz Lamentamos mucho lo sucedido sucedio un percance personal imposibilito seguir con el hotel abierto ,tratamos de comunicarnos con su persona antes de su llegada y no lo logramos. nuevamente le hacemos llegar las disculpas y lamentamos el mal momento.
