Beautiful Penthouse Condo with stunning views that occupies whole floor

El Mirador is a 2,120 sqft penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two King bed master suites and one queen bedroom with full bath across the hall. All with expansive oceanviews and balconies. The elevated ceiling grand room opens to a balcony with a dining table for 6, couch, coffee table and BBQ. El Mirador is the highest and only unit on the fifth floor of the Segovia condominiums located in the gated community of Coco Bay Estates.

Enjoy spectacular views of the Bay of Papagayo and Pacific Ocean from every room in this stunning condo. The main living area features an open floor plan - kitchen, living room and dining area all flow together, and extend to the covered lanai to enjoy the ocean views. El Mirador is professionally decorated. A beautiful dining table which seats up to 8 people with additional seating located at the granite breakfast bar. The master baths have walk in closets, double sinks and walk in tiled showers. One master bath also has a jacuzzi bath. The full bath across from the double bedroom also has a walk in tiled shower.

El Mirador is located in Playas Del Coco, just twenty minutes from Liberia (Daniel Oduber) International Airport - (LIR) and just minutes from dining, attractions and nightlife! Our Guanacaste region boasts warm weather year round, close proximity to several beautiful beaches, national parks and reserves and local attractions. The Club at Coco Bay Estates:

Coco Bay Estates is an exclusive guarded community of condominiums and homes located on the road between Playas del Coco and Ocotal. Segovia Condominiums are comprised of 5 buildings of 5 stories each all with elevators. El Mirador is in the tallest building on the top floor. This penthouse is the only unit on the floor. Renting at El Mirador allows you to enjoy it all. The exceptionally large pool at the Clubhouse features a rock water slide. The manicured grounds surrounding the pool lead you to the state-of-the art tennis courts or into the Clubhouse housing the restaurant, bar and fitness center. Fitness center with weights, equipment, bikes, elliptical and treadmill.

Coco Bay Estates Beach Club:

This private beach club exclusive to Coco Bay Estates residents is located on Ocotal Beach a five minute drive from El Mirador. There you can enjoy an infinity pool and the palapa clubhouse.. The clubhouse has music, a bar and offers a casual menu of food. It is located on the beach right next door to Father Rooster's - one of the area's most popular beach bar/restaurants!

Top of the world king of the castle
Staying at el mirador was exactly what we were after. Two teaveling couples enjoyed dueling master suites use of laundry and the added beach club access at ocotal we found to be so fun and useful. Craig was great to deal with providing very clear instructions and always prompt communication. Other reviews regarding the need of a vehicle due to the hill ARE TRUE. We are fit and thought how steep could it be. Well the distance is long the weather is hot the incline is steep. We had a great rental car so no problem but please be aware. Nice safe location. Well appointed furnishings amd we found to be very comfortable beds. A refreshent in the kitchen utensils/ coomeware plates etc would be nice but that is not a complaint. Safe gated community. Easy run into coco or ocotoal. We used uber a bit. Discovered there are about 10 drivers in the area typical runs about 3000 colones one way. We would park down at thr main club house / sugoi restaurent for pick ups. We used the waze app to gwt around so if your lucky enough to get the use of el.mirador just plug in sugoi japanese restaurant it will take you right to your check in. The views are incredible off the deck we spent several nites partying there Thanks again craig with a little luck we are hoping to return agaian very soon

Breathtaking Views!
Such a piece of paradise. I would highly recommend this property. I believe we had the best view ever. We rented a car and was able to get easily around the city and surrounding cities. A beautiful, clean and spacious condo with a gorgeous view!
The property is very nice, a newer community of condos. This unit has 3 spacious bedroom (my kids were so happy), very clean, all kitchen items you would need, comfortable beds and sofas, beautiful view with plenty of patio seating, and nice security point that you must check-in at. What a view
Family w/two adult children. Had a wonderful time. In addition to unit itself, we really enjoyed the property amenities - pool, gym, restaurant/bar. Craig was very attentive and easy to communicate with. While it didn't dampen our overall enjoyment, there is a lot of construction/renovations in the general area right now, which you can easily hear from the balcony.

This was a safe, spacious, and private penthouse with an amazing view. Six adults comfortably stayed here and enjoyed the two clubhouses, pools, and even the tennis courts. One of the clubhouses has an infinity pool and borders Ocotal beach/Father Roosters beachfront restaurant. Craig gave us all of the info we needed to enjoy our trip to Coco/Ocotal.

What a view!
The view from the condo is awesome. We had three couples that spent a week at the condo. We were on the top floor and had plenty of room for all three couples. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom with two of them on-suite. We allocated the cost between the couples based on the bedroom to make it fair. Every morning we would sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and marvel at the wonderful view. We used the gas grill almost every night. The condo was on a hill which enables the impressive view but you definitely need a car to get up to the condo and to get into town. Also the clubhouse has a great pool and paddleball court that we used. Great place to spend a few days if you have a larger group. We would stay here again on our next trip if it is available.

The condo is very spacious and easily allowed for 3 couples. The views and deck area of the condo are spectacular. The Coco Beach area is a 10 minute drive, depending on traffic. The close club pool is very nice and the restaurant has excellent food and service. The weather and food in Costa Rica don’t disappoint. A rental car is a must for a stay at this condo, as it sits on top of steep hill. The owner is very responsive

Fabulous location plus a fantastic view!! We had 3 couples stay at the condo. The set up was perfect for us! The condo came equipped with everything you could want or need. We had a few issues that came up during our stay and on site property manager was readily available. The communication was great and the issues were promptly dealt with. We would recommend using Alex to help set up tours and activities. He is extremely helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Gorgeous View overlooking Coco Bay and surrounding community.
What a wonderful condo in a peaceful security gated community, yet so close to the town below. We loved the privacy and balcony view from the large condo as well as the the beautiful pool area that we enjoyed almost daily during our stay. The drive up the very steep hill was our highlight every day, and happy we rented an SUV, but the view was worth the drive up the incline. Craig has everything you need in his condo and was so helpful with all the detailed information and recommendations for dining, stores, banks, beaches, activities and layout of Coco Bay. Definitely would love to stay here on a future visit to Costa Rica. Thank you for providing us with such a great home away from home!

Not only is this an awesome condo with great views, but it also includes access to the Club at Coco Bay which has a beautiful pool with food and drink service as well as tennis and pickleball courts. The Sugoi restaurant at the Club has great food and service.

Our groups really enjoyed our stay here, especially the penthouse location atop a hill overlooking the Coco Bay. It was great relaxing after diving either on one of 3 balconies, or at the Clubhouse pool (which comes free with the stay). Renting a car makes it easy to come and go from the condo to Coco Beach or Ocotal Beach, both 5 minutes away by car.

Cocoa Beach great choice!
We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach but happened to hit the windy season and was not able to use the patio or the barbecue during our stay. You definitely need a car there is no walking anywhere from this location. The Cocoa Beach area is a great location for visiting all the other beautiful beaches in the area. You have to have a car to get anywhere from this location.. The pool at the bottom of hill that comes with condo is beautiful however the restaurant was closed and there were no services offered so you had to bring your own drinks etc..The nearby Octal Beach where the ocean pool for the condo is was quite a ways from condo ! it’s black sand very hot!! There is a restaurant next door called Father Rooster and we ate there several times , the Poke Bowl is the bomb!! We drove to Lake Arenal it’s beautiful country there and the brewery is a must!! The condo was great for two couples with the bedrooms being on opposite ends. We never turned on the TV we were on the go every day. One thing I would suggest is that the condo is stocked with a couple of beach chairs to take to beach and maybe an ice chest! We love Costa Rica and will be back !

Amazing vacation
This was our first trip to Costa Rica. We were looking for a place with a great view and also privacy. We had both with this condo. We would wake up in the morning and sit on the terrace with amazing views of coco bay and mountains. Check in was easy. Easy communication with Craig, owner of condo. Even though this condo if large and for families, it was just two of us and we loved all of the room. So don't let this defer you if you are a couple. Alex was amazing and helped us with our daily tours, he is a must! We used the pool on several occasions down at the clubhouse. We were very close to town and actually walked there several times for dinner. We did drive down to the clubhouse and walk from there as the hill up to the condo is steep. Our favorite restaurants were Citron, Father Rooster and Ginger in Playa Hermosa. We had no idea where to stay since we have never been to Costa Rica but this area was so close to everything. If you are looking, you really can't go wrong staying here. Privacy, beaches, restaurants. Even went to a few Volcano tours which was only an hour or so away.

El Mirador was exactly as advertised with the balcony views being even more spectacular in person! Craig was excellent communicating with our group of 6, providing details/information about the condo, The Club & the surrounding areas. He has a handyman Jesus on site if needed and gets you in touch with an excellent guide Alex of The Park4you who is an awesome source of information about Guanacaste & Costa Rica. You do need a car (we had 2 for our group of 6) as the condo building is perched high in the hills, very high! “That” can be a negative for those wanting to walk spontaneously to beaches, shops & restaurants but the views and security of this location more than offset that for us. We will miss this place, the views & Costa Rica 🇨🇷! We all had an awesome trip!

What you see is what you get
We loved our stay at this property, I picked it for the view and space and it delivers. It is best to have a car, but we don't have any problem driving in costa rica. If you do any excursions you must use Alex, he is amazing and the rain forest waterfall tour is the best! He is a wealth of information on Costa Rica and speaks great English.
