Beach Trip
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great little 2 day family beach trip for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The kids loved the community pool, which we had all to ourselves and being able to walk across the street to the beach. The condo was cute and comfy.

Family Time
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family enjoyed a few days in Cocoa Beach. We had great weather and relaxed at the pool and beach. The beach is lovely and located a short walk away, best sunrises! We used 3 of the recommended restaurants and thought Coconuts on the beach and The 4th street Filling Station were fun and value for money. The apartment is very well organized and the kitchen supplied with more than just your basic needs.

Loved our stay!
Publié le 5 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a pack n play for our little one. They also allowed us to check-in early, which was much appreciated.
Bed was a little too firm for our liking and there was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, otherwise we were very impressed with the cleanliness and with our stay overall! Super close to the beach, which worked out great! We would stay there again.

quick spring getaway

Wifi needs to get improved, connection was super slow at times. Beach across the street from property is a big plus. The complimentary beach chairs & toys were greatly appreciated. Property is Short driving distance to many restaurants. Manager promptly replied to all concerns. We wished we could stay longer. I will look forward to return. Definitely recommend this place.

excellent location with everything you need
Publié le 4 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayFew steps from beach, private area! Watched the sunrise each morning! Tumblers for coffee or adult beverages to use for the stay! Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to use also! Pool was nice, brand new gas grills to use! Would have liked a little more bench’s or seating in front of building.
