Directly on the ocean and in the heart of Cocoa Beach, you and your guests will be taken away by the amazing views & amenities offered in this state-of-the-art home. This home is an entertainer's dream featuring an oversized eight-foot-deep pool, a brand-new hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and a spacious sun deck offering incredible BEACH and ROCKET LAUNCH views. Of course, this dream would not be complete without your furry friends this home is PET-FRIENDLY!

Come and experience a new state of mind in this 4-bed, 5-bath home. The home offers over 3,400 sq. ft. , a 2 car garage (3rd bay used for beach equipment), wrap around porch, and a lower patio. With 3-living areas, one on the second level and two on the ground level, there is plenty of space for larger groups! The modern kitchen on the second floor overlooks the ocean while a kitchenette is conveniently located on the ground level.
The ground level of the home offers TWO primary bedrooms on opposite ends of the home as well as three exquisite baths. Each floor of this incredible home is also equipped with brand new LG Smart Washer and Dryers. The second level features two additional bedrooms adjoined by a Jack and Jill Bath. A half-bath is conveniently located near the second floor living area.
The location could not get any better as it is within walking distance to Downtown Cocoa Beach, shopping and restaurants. This home is also just a short-drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, SpaceX, Kennedy Space Station, and Cape Canaveral. This home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The pool and hot tub are great and they have tons of chairs, beach toys and umbrellas if the beach is your thing. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are recently updated and the kitchen is nicely stocked with the stuff you need. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful Home!

The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and has AMAZING views!! We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from the deck while we were there! The beach is just steps from the back door and was never very crowded. We enjoyed finding lots of shells on the beach. Pool was a perfect temp! Highly recommend!!!

Great stay on the beach.

Wonderful huge house, bathrooms were all amazing kitchens were great with the two areas and refrigerators. Great beds and rooms , everything was real good except the disappointment of the Hester for the pool was out. We couldn’t use it and that was an attraction we wanted. Thank god there was a hot tub. Would love to have a deal or reimbursement because we didn’t have a pool for the family it was 65 degrees. Otherwise great stay.

Florida family vacation

Family stay before the cruise. The property is just as presented on vrbo. Beautiful beach a short walk from the deck, perfect size pool but water temp was quite warm, comfortable beds and bedding, new appliances with washer/dryer, and great light from all the windows. Please be aware there are limited supplies (no Kleenex, one roll paper towels, 2 dish towels, no brew coffee options but 2 new Keurigs for pods you purchase). We would definitely return

Amazing family vacation!

We had the best week at the “Holiday House” by the ocean. 3 generations; including 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. Comfortable beds, plenty of living space, 5 bathrooms,upscale appliances and the all important laundry facilities when traveling with young children. The house has everything you could need for a week away. Beach access was key for us with the little ones enjoying “ the big sandbox by the ocean.” Also saw not one, but two rocket launches!! Close enough proximity to Disney World, where we went for a day. Just over an hour’s drive and traffic not too bad on a weekday.An awesome break from our snowy Canadian winter, we are already missing this house, hope to return sometime!!

Directions for the stove and microwave would be great. It rained a lot but we had thinggs rto do inside so it was all.good. i couldn't find a pitcher so we bought one and left it behind

This is a dream home!

This is an amazing home! Location is right on the beach. Quiet neighbors but walking distance to local eateries. No lack of amenities and the attention to details was perfect! Kitchen well stocked with appliances and the living area was as spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Listening to the ocean waves break while sitting on the deck, in the hot tub, or up in the living space was very relaxing. Wish our stay lasted three times as long! You won’t be disappointed with this spot. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect beach get-away

We spent a quick 3 day weekend here with friends and family and the place was perfect. We especially enjoyed the view from the upper patio deck. We hung out on the upper level most of the time as the view is beautiful from there and the kitchen is spacious! It was very nice to have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, since we flew in and had none of this stuff with us. We left a small soft side cooler there in the garage as we had to buy one and had no way to get it home.Hopefully the owners don't mind and someone else can use it in the future. The house was clean and nicely decorated. No communication with the owner was needed.

Best beach house ever!!!!

By far the best rental experience ever (could have been due to the reason for renting but we had the best stay!) My now husband and I were looking somewhere local to gather our family and friends to celebrate our wedding! The house is gorgeous, with amazing views! We had the absolute best time! Lexi was quick to respond to all of our needs as well and that is greatly appreciated! We hope to stay there again one day soon!
