Directly on the ocean and in the heart of Cocoa Beach, you and your guests will be taken away by the amazing views & amenities offered in this state-of-the-art home. This home is an entertainer's dream featuring an oversized eight-foot-deep pool, a brand-new hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and a spacious sun deck offering incredible BEACH and ROCKET LAUNCH views. Of course, this dream would not be complete without your furry friends this home is PET-FRIENDLY!

Come and experience a new state of mind in this 4-bed, 5-bath home. The home offers over 3,400 sq. ft. , a 2 car garage (3rd bay used for beach equipment), wrap around porch, and a lower patio. With 3-living areas, one on the second level and two on the ground level, there is plenty of space for larger groups! The modern kitchen on the second floor overlooks the ocean while a kitchenette is conveniently located on the ground level.
The ground level of the home offers TWO primary bedrooms on opposite ends of the home as well as three exquisite baths. Each floor of this incredible home is also equipped with brand new LG Smart Washer and Dryers. The second level features two additional bedrooms adjoined by a Jack and Jill Bath. A half-bath is conveniently located near the second floor living area.
The location could not get any better as it is within walking distance to Downtown Cocoa Beach, shopping and restaurants. This home is also just a short-drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, SpaceX, Kennedy Space Station, and Cape Canaveral. Make sure to check out the SpaceX launch schedule to get an incredible view of a rocket launch right from the back deck!

Perfect beach get-away
We spent a quick 3 day weekend here with friends and family and the place was perfect. We especially enjoyed the view from the upper patio deck. We hung out on the upper level most of the time as the view is beautiful from there and the kitchen is spacious! It was very nice to have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, since we flew in and had none of this stuff with us. We left a small soft side cooler there in the garage as we had to buy one and had no way to get it home.Hopefully the owners don't mind and someone else can use it in the future. The house was clean and nicely decorated. No communication with the owner was needed.

The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was updated and CLEAN. The little ones enjoyed the pool while the teenagers enjoyed the private beach. We did reach out to the host one time for the WiFi password and she quickly responded back with the password. We were shocked at how quickly we received a response. Definitely will be visiting this home again. And highly recommend this home and host for family getaways or just some private time.

Paradise Found
So happy we picked this one! We can't say enough about this house and property. From initial entry, there was the "oh wow" moment around every corner. So much room! To say the house was immaculate and clean would be an understatement. Absolutely loved the decorations and furnishings; bidets were a major hit! Outside, the porches, hot tub and pool were 5 nights of major relaxation; and of course the amazing oceanfront location goes without saying! Thank you for having all of the ocean toys - husband enjoyed reliving his surfing days; it was wonderful having the beach chairs and bikes to use as well. Nice to be able to bike to breakfast. We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you again for providing such a wonderful choice in a vacation home!

Beautiful home and a great location. Everything is new and very clean, including the pool and outside deck areas. Amenities are great, and the house has plenty of pool and beach toys, umbrellas and chairs all of which are in great condition. My wife and I were traveling with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren (3 & 10 months). The house was perfect, great for the adults and very child friendly. Great view of the ocean and the beach is right out the back door. Lexi the host is great, very accessible and made us feel very welcome. Perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach, we’ll definitely be back!

Great Vacation Spot!
Our family getaway at this house was absolutely delightful! Nestled in an ideal location, it is just a short walk from a variety of dining options, which made exploring local cuisines a breeze. The property boasts a fantastic pool that was a hit with the kids, providing endless fun and relaxation. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. One of the highlights of our stay was gathering around the fire pit for a cozy evening of s'mores and stories—a perfect family bonding experience. Additionally, the beach access is conveniently located, making it easy for us to enjoy the sand and surf at our leisure. The views from both the top and bottom decks were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop to our vacation. We were even lucky enough to witness a spectacular rocket launch from the comfort of our rental! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for the ultimate family retreat. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful haven!

Amazing Home & Even Better Management
We were blessed and lucky enough to be the first VRBO guests for this beautiful beach home in Cocoa Beach! Lexi manages this property and is amazing at responding to our requests. As it was the first time they offered it, there were some minimal issues (like hot water heater temp, pool heating, lock batteries) She had someone there immediately to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The home has been fully renovated and is gorgeous. The downstairs has incredible stone floors that re beautiful, but still comfortable. Two beds downstairs with the main bedroom having a beach view, comfy king bed, and a cute sitting area. Whoever is paying for this home will want this room! The two upstairs bedrooms are connected via an amazing Jack and Jill bathroom that is more like a Giant master bathroom. The toilet seats with advanced bidet features will be the talk of your visit along with the gorgeous beach views from inside and on the huge decks upstairs and down. Add in the pool and covered parking for two cars, as well as beach bikes and this home is one of the nicest homes on this coast and should not be missed. If you are looking for a home where your family can gather and share amazing memories inside, outside, on the beach or in town a mere 2 min drive away, look no further. You've found your beach oasis in Cocoa Beach!
