The AC in our room was not working, and my family of 6 in the Family Suite were so miserable during the stay. It was 80 degrees in our room all night. Staff tried fixing the issue but was unable to, and did not switch us rooms. We were able to get a full refund through Travelocity, so I was definitely happy about that!

Location was good, close to the beach and quiet. The pool area was good and the grounds well maintained. The facility is outdated, and the rooms smell moldy and could not use the drawers as the mold smell was overpowering. The showers could use some attention, as there was no way to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet.

The room is amazing! Much larger than anticipated with sofa bed, fridge and microwave! Very nice!

The location and easy beach access cannot be beat. We had an oceanview room as requested, and the breakfast was pretty good. However, the entire property was a bit dated. Our room smelled musty and was constanty humid even with the air running the entire trip. This made the carpet always feel like it was damp. The bathroom was especially dated: the toilet was off balance and tilted when you sat, and the bathtub was old and 6 inches higher than the floor, so you were "stepping down" when you stepped out of the tub/shower. The worst part, however, was 1 of 2 elevators was broken the entire time we were there, and the second one also broke down for a bit. We felt terrible for the disabled elderly lady who was stuck because she could not climb the stairs to her 8th floor room. The 2nd elevator was fixed later that same night.
